Generally, a company name is available if it has at least one letter different to an existing company or business name (or is not a plural of the same), and is not a restricted word. In certain circumstances a restricted word can be made available with Ministerial Consent.

When we have all the information and payment, a company is usually incorporated within minutes upon transmission to ASIC. If requested, we can either fax or email a copy of the A.C.N. number to you. In most cases your company register is forwarded by Australia Express Post overnight or if in Adelaide, the same day.  If registration is urgent, please advise us at the time of submitting your order form.
