Shelfcom specialises in the fast incorporation of companies for clients. These include shelf companies and companies tailored for clients who may have specific needs and requirements.
Our service includes all associated changes to companies, for example, a change of name on an existing company, appointment and resignation of officeholders, issuing of additional shares and changes to registered office and principal place of business. In older companies conversions to new updated constitutions are also attended to.
