In South Australia, it is optional to have your trust deeds stamped and you are not required to do so by law. It is, however, recommended and the preference of our solicitors that you do have your trust deeds stamped. Upon your request, we can arrange stamping with Revenue SA at no extra cost and email you a PDF of the trust deed.

Our superior service means that we are here to assist you, please contact us if you have any queries.

If you require a Bare Trust, Hybrid Trust, or any other type of trust not listed on our website, please contact us, and our solicitors will speak with you directly to set this up. Our solicitors can also make amendments to our standard trust deeds if you require extra provisions allowing for your specific situation.
